PROPERTY PROTECTION
What we check
Interior walkthrough
Look for visible leaks, water stains, unusual odors and signs of pest activity in accessible areas.
A/C, temperature and humidity
Record indoor temperature and humidity, review thermostat settings and check accessible filter condition.
Plumbing
Look for leaks around accessible sinks, toilets and water heaters. Run faucets and flush toilets during scheduled visits.
Doors, windows and garage
Check that agreed access points are closed and secured, and note visible concerns.
Exterior and pool
Observe the exterior from ground level for visible damage, standing water and landscaping concerns. Note pool water level, clarity and obvious equipment concerns.
Photo reports and follow-up
Receive photos and clear observations after each visit. If a concern needs action, we contact you to agree on the next step.
Storm-related home checks
By arrangement, we can visit before a forecast storm to document visible property conditions and identify preparation needs. After a storm, when travel and access are safe and permitted, we can check accessible areas for visible damage or water intrusion and send a photo update.
Moving outdoor items, arranging shutters and organizing service providers are separately agreed tasks through Vendor Coordination & Oversight.
Care between visits
Regular visits help you stay informed about your home’s condition. Mail collection and accessible filter replacement are available by arrangement. Vehicle Start-Up is also available during scheduled Home Watch visits, as requested.

Home Watch covers visual checks of accessible areas. Technical inspections, repairs and security monitoring are separate services. Storm visits depend on weather, road conditions and local access restrictions; an immediate visit or prevention of damage cannot be guaranteed.
