Do you service short-term rentals and Airbnb properties?

Yes. We currently manage cleaning and turnover for over 30 short-term rental properties across South Florida. We specialize in keeping luxury vacation homes guest-ready at all times.

No. We specialize exclusively in interior yacht care.

 

This allows us to focus on detailing cabins, galleys, heads, upholstery, wood finishes, stainless accents, and guest-ready presentation with the highest standards.

 

 

What products do you use for interior boat cleaning?

 

We use marine-safe, luxury-grade products that protect delicate yacht interiors.

• Star brite Marine Cleaners – safe for gelcoat, vinyl, and interior surfaces

• Method & Mrs. Meyer’s plant-based cleaners – for cabins and bathrooms

We avoid harsh chemicals, bleach overuse, and anything that can damage marine finishes.

 

 

How often should I schedule a deep clean?

 

It depends on usage.

 

• After a fishing trip – We recommend a deep reset cleaning to remove odors, residue, and salt buildup inside the cabin.

• After hosting guests or charters – A full interior reset ensures the yacht stays fresh and guest-ready.

• Light weekend use – A refresh clean every 2–4 weeks maintains condition.

• Seasonal owners (snowbirds) – Deep clean before arrival and before departure.

 

Regular maintenance protects value and prevents long-term wear.

How often should a vacation home be deep cleaned?

We recommend a deep clean every 3–6 months, before peak season, or after extended guest stays to protect the home’s condition and value.

 

 

What is a “Refresh” cleaning?

 

A Refresh is perfect when your yacht is already clean but needs polishing and reset.

 

This includes:

• Surface wipe downs

• Glass touch-ups

• Bathroom reset

• Bed making

• Floor vacuum & mop

• Odor neutralizing

• Final presentation check

 

Ideal before:

Do you prepare yachts for boat shows or sales?
